What drew you to yoga?
I kinda fell into yoga. I had practiced on + off through high school and college and a little bit post-grad, but never really went anywhere crazy consistent. Most recently I started going more consistently, and decided that I wanted to deepen my practice by during the 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training (here at L I T!) and totally fell in love with the practice and how it changed my life.
Why do you practice?
I like to practice to 1. Get my body moving, whether it’s a restore class, power or somewhere in between. I am a firm believer that consistent movement in your life is sooo beneficial. 2. I like to practice to be mindful. I love having a space to just push out the outside world.
(Life+) How does yoga change you off the mat?
Yoga gives me all the tools to live a more balanced life. Through breath work or just giving myself some dedicated "me-time."
What is your style?
My style is a typical flow – I value the importance of making it accessible to all levels, while still being challenging.
Where are you when you’re not teaching?
When I am not teaching, I am cooking, traveling or trying a new local restaurant! I am a total foodie and love keeping up to date with all things Columbus! You might also find me taking my dog, Winston on a walk with my husband!!

Family, friends, my doggo + traveling!
