AIReal Yoga™ 50 Hour Teacher Training

L I T’s AIReal 50 Hour Teacher Training is a Yoga AllianceAIReal Yoga™ Training Studio by Carmen Curtis. The goal of the program is to build the fundamentals of AIReal yoga, creating a safe and knowledgeable practice for yourself and others. Lead teacher, Babajide Ogunmola (RYT 500,) brings his creative approach to vinyasa to the principles of AIReal yoga. You’ll leave training feeling elevated (literally) and exhilarated!

• Method
• Namaskar A
• Progressions
• Core
• Rigging
• Asanas
• Flow
• Power + Restorative Yoga
• Sequencing
• Training manual is included.
• This training counts for continued education towards Yoga Alliance RYT requirements.

• Free In Studio + Virtual L I T classes during the program duration
• 20% off L I T retail items during the program duration (unfortunately excluding doTERRA + books)
• All program books + literature provided with tuition fees.
• A professional photo session upon completion of the program.

Info session dates are Saturday, March 11 + Saturday, April 1 at 1:30pm at the studio in Italian Village, near the Short North.

Students must:

• Attend all classes, completing 44 contact hours
• Complete 6 non-contact hours, taking outside classes.
• Complete all assigned reading.
• Complete all written assignments and assessments.
• Actively participate in class.

• Yoga mat
• Comfortable clothes + yoga clothes for practice
• Paper/Pen
• Books (Program books are supplied and included in the program cost)
• Snacks/Lunch (Feel free to pack a lunch and bring snacks. You’ll be given the opportunity to run out for lunch on Saturdays + Sundays if you choose.)
• 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap, bolter or pillow

All live sessions must be attended for completion in the program. In case of emergency, live sessions can be made up at cost for the luminary’s (instructor's) extra time.
